Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Planner/Scheduler II to develop and implement strategic operation plans that optimize efficiency and productivity. You will create detailed schedules, analyze data to inform decisions, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of plans.

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage schedules, identify risks, optimize resource allocation, and monitor progress to adapt to changing priorities while communicating clearly with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience (required)
  • Proven experience in operations planning, scheduling, or a similar role within a dynamic environment (required)
  • Proficiency in utilizing scheduling software, ERP systems, or other relevant tools for planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and convey scheduling information clearly
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving operational environment
