Job summary

National Pump Company in Florida is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to coordinate production schedules and material flow across machining, assembly, and coating operations. You will link production plans with material availability and customer commitments, working closely with production, purchasing, warehouse, customer service, and management teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Three or more years of production planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or related operational experience preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems and production scheduling software; Syteline or a similar manufacturing ERP system preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments.

About the Opportunity

What You Will Bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, quality standards, and manufacturing documentation preferred.
