Job summary

Indotronix International in Duluth, MN is seeking a Planner/Scheduler Analyst to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, perform earned value analyses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Certification: PMP-SP preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including forecasts and baselines.
• Interface with stakeholders for accurate and timely critical-path management.
• Perform earned value management analysis and articulate schedule variances to project teams and upper management.
• Support WBS implementation for cost control, schedule management, and performance tracking.
• Create detailed "what-if" schedules to communicate options to project teams.
• Identify and report schedule impacts and risks, supporting recovery or mitigation planning.
• Adhere to company standards and guidelines for schedule development.
• Solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Work assigned based on objectives and priorities, with guidance available.
• Authority to assign and outline work, advise on problems, and review for technical accuracy.

Qualifications
