Purpose

Execute landscape projects efficiently, ensuring their successful and timely completion within budget using administrative, technical, and managerial techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of project personnel, ensuring high standards and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project teams effectively.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract and retain clients and foster internal collaboration.
• Drive project profitability and growth, contributing to business development and client relations.
• Develop and manage complex projects including public parks, residential areas, campuses, and public spaces, from scope definition to design, budgeting, and reporting.
• Maintain client relationships, ensure project deliverables meet objectives, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Registered Professional in the relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the A/E industry, with 3+ years in project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino or SketchUp, GIS/ArcView, Lumion.
• Valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle check.

Physical & Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with potential outdoor site visits.
• Use of standard office equipment and occasional physical activity including lifting up to 25 pounds.
