Washington University is seeking a strategic planner within the Enterprise Physical Operations team to deliver detailed analyses, cost estimates, and planning support for facilities projects across campus.
The role emphasizes collaboration with university departments to translate planning into actionable projects, maximize space productivity, and align with budgetary priorities. A Bachelor's degree and extensive planning experience are required.

The Enterprise Physical Operations, Infrastructure, Capital Programs & Real Estate (EPO) department at WashU provides integrated operational, infrastructure, planning, and facility services that support the university’s mission of excellence in education, research, patient care, and community engagement. Plans, analyzes, estimates and completes conceptual and detailed work products in support of the strategic efforts for facilities projects ensuring efficiency within designated budget. Serves as an ambassador of OFMD. Consults and communicates with WUSM departments regarding planning and project advancement.
