Abbott Laboratories, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Supply Chain Planner in the United States, Texas or Houston area. This role develops detailed scheduling for subassemblies, releases ERP work orders, and coordinates Kanban quantities to align with build plans.
You will review forecasts, backorders, and supplier updates to prioritize manufacturing and prevent delays, while maintaining material master data and safety stock in partnership with purchasing.

This position works out of our Temecula, CA location in the Abbott Vascular Devices division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.
Under general supervision, develops, maintains and communicates manufacturing schedules to build products which meet finished goods demands thus shipping products to customers in a timely manner. Creates manufacturing schedules to achieve zero backorders, a key performance indicator.
Education: Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Supply Chain, Business or equivalent preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 year planning experience preferred Minimum 1 year working in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred
The base pay for this position is $50,700.00 – $101,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
