Purpose of the position
Formulate and implement production and material plans, ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory and production efficiency, and support the smooth operation of the supply chain and manufacturing process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the production planning.
- Create and send production related report to customer in different frequency, such as FG Input/Output, ramp capacity plan etc.
- Based on the latest MPS/APR, make an appropriate build plan, including MPN, Qty, priority, etc.
- Handle production abnormal, such as material shortage, business impact due to quality onhold, line down issue, etc.
- Follow up the production status and make sure packout timely to ensure on-time delivery.
- Reminder release PO based on build plan or shipping plan.
- Coordinate with internal team to meet customer special request.
- Internal & external meeting holder.
Education and work experience
Degree required: bachelor’s degree or above. Experience in production planning /PMC in manufacturing industry is preferred.
