Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Planner for the Restorative Justice Practices department in Midtown Manhattan. You will support both local and national RJ initiatives, coordinating with senior leadership to design, implement, and assess restorative programming and policy developments.

The Restorative Justice Practice Department creates and supports the implementation of restorative justice practices to improve system-based and community responses to harm, both locally and nationally. We provide thorough leadership and programming in diverse settings includingdiversion in criminal and supremecourts,with youth and adults,utilizingrestorative approaches to address violence, interpersonal conflict,gun violence,trafficviolenceandintimate partner violence.Our national work includes providing training and technicalassistanceto a range of organizations in diversejurisdictionsacross the United States.
The Department of Restorative Justice Practices is seeking a Planner to support the department across both arms of the department. Reporting to the Senior Director of Restorative Justice, the Planner plays a critical role in both the local and national teams, administratively and substantively. The Planner will work closely with the Senior Director and Deputy Director of Restorative Justice Practices to support the department, and to develop, design and implement restorative justice programming, policy, and best practices at the Center.

The compensation range for this position is$58,200 - $79,400and iscommensuratewithexperience.
