Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Controls Lead to own regional Planisware administration, data governance, and reporting for the North Europe portfolio. You will enable faster, more informed decisions by ensuring data quality and audit-ready information.

You will support Earned Value Management, schedule control, RAID tracking, and change processes while building capacity through onboarding and continuous improvement across teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, project administration, or a PMO capacity within the energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Hands-on experience administering or managing data within an enterprise PPM or project management platform such as Planisware or Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for executive-level dashboards and presentations.
• Formal education in Engineering, Project Management, or Business is nice to have, but total experience matters most.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Planisware environment for the North Europe region, including project structures, workflows, templates, and user roles.
• Own data governance standards across the regional portfolio; conduct audits and ensure audit-ready data.
• Support EVM, schedule management, RAID tracking, and change control with project teams.
• Manage the regional reporting cadence and ensure executive-ready outputs are distributed on schedule.
• Lead onboarding and training to improve adoption and reduce recurring errors.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to the global Project Controls community of practice.
