Answer all calls promptly and friendly, addressing questions related to the Company. Perform cash check-outs for all servers at the end of each shift.

Essential Functions

• Answer all calls within three rings in a friendly and personalized manner.
• Perform cash check-outs for servers at shift end.
• Verify hotel charges against reports.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail.
• Maintain updated phone extension and employee lists.
• Take and relay accurate messages promptly.
• Keep departmental forms stocked.
• Copy PX sheets and give to the MOD at each shift start.
• Create cheat sheets for the next day and distribute to managers, tracking on-call shifts.
• Log and store lost and found items properly.
• Complete the "staff guest list" with managerial approval.
