Description

Facilitate food service by cleaning tables, carrying dirty dishes, and setting tables with silverware, glassware, and dishes.

Responsibilities

1. Wipe tables and seats with damp cloths and replace dirty tablecloths.
2. Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other supplies.
3. Scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry dishes and tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
4. Clean up spills, broken dishes, and remove trash and empty bottles.
5. Assist in serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
6. Maintain supplies such as linens, silverware, and dishes.
7. Stock condiments and refill containers as needed.
8. Locate items requested by customers.
9. Transport food, dishes, and utensils from kitchens to serving areas.
10. Assist waitstaff in serving food when needed.
11. Clean and polish counters, furniture, and equipment; mop and vacuum floors.
12. Bus and set tables efficiently and quickly.
