The Opportunity:

Plancha Beverage Cart Attendant

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide support at our picturesque lakeside, boldly flavored Modern Latin American cuisine and golfhouse restaurant, Plancha. In addition to this, the individual will service our beverage cart on our 18-hole Tranquilo Golf course, located on the Audobon Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. In this role, you will also oversee and maintain proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance.

Anticipated start date for this role will be on or around end of August 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Will work closely with the Plancha Manager to ensure only the best customer service is provided to our guests enjoying the golf course & dining in the restaurant

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with Members, the Golf Course Management team, and staff in alignment with established Four Seasons employee standards

  • Organize and clean back-of-house areas, dry goods, and operating supplies requisitions

  • Provide exceptional knowledge of all available menu options, beverage lists, and daily specials as well as information regarding preparation methods

  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, and graciously with eye contact and a smile

  • Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through menus and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities

  • Process cash transactions accurately, maintain balanced cash drawers, and follow all company cash handling procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working 1-2 years in Food & Beverage

  • Prior experience in fine dining is preferred, though not required.

  • Prior experience working as a server, cocktail knowledge, inventory management and guest relations experience is preferred

  • Able to read and adapt to the guest; creating a customized experience

  • Thrive working in a fast-paced and large team environment

  • Able to work outside during times of high temperatures

  • Prior knowledge of Golf basics, is preferred but not required

  • Spanish bilingual proficiency is considered an asset

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, members,hotel guests, and peers.

  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.

  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

  • Serve Safe Certificate

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
