Job summary

Kroger in Conroe, Texas is seeking a detail-oriented merchandiser to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a grocery environment. You will read, collect, and implement plan-o-grams and tag updates, ensuring sections are reset efficiently while maintaining customer accessibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to read plan-o-grams.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.
• Smartphone with data access required.
• Provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare area for section reset.
• Break down sections orderly to help customers shop other aisles.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
