- Minimum of 5 years experience working on the NASCO Processing System
- Experience in a customer service environment

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven proficiency in MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing training on the NASCO Processing System
- Familiarity with healthcare membership, billing, provider, benefit, and claims systems
- Demonstrated project management experience supporting both business and technical needs
