Job summary

Ahdoot & Wolfson, PC is seeking an associate on the plaintiffs’ side to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. The role offers a fully remote schedule with some flexibility in location, and an option to be in-person or hybrid in Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and discovery experience. Bar admission in any U.S. state is required. Salary is competitive and benefits are included.

Job description

We are a plaintiffs’-side class action firm handling high-stakes cases nationwide, with a focus on data privacy, consumer protection, and antitrust. Our team includes attorneys on both coasts, but this position is fully remote, with some flexibility in location (or the option to be in-person or hybrid in Philadelphia).

What We’re Looking For

We're looking to hire an associate who is ambitious, resourceful, and ready to take ownership of meaningful work.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in federal court (flexible for the right candidate).
• Excellent research and writing skills: We litigate primarily in federal court against some of the largest defense firms in the country. We need strong writers who can produce polished, persuasive work product, unturn every stone on Westlaw, and make judgment calls on tricky research issues.
• Discovery experience: Written discovery experience, especially in complex federal court cases, is a plus. Let us know if you have it, but there will be plenty of on-the-job training if not.
• Interest in handling meet-and-confers, taking depositions, and making court appearances. The right candidate is a good communicator and looks forward knowing their case inside and out and thinking on their feet.
• Self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment: We’re a small, predominantly remote team. Associates who are proactive problem-solvers will thrive here.
