We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an attorney in the Chicago metro area for a plaintiff-side wage and hour class action role. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence in the Chicago area four days per week, and offers a base salary up to $250,000 dependent on experience.

The attorney will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and strategy for class and collective actions, with opportunities for meaningful responsibility and collaboration with senior litigators.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of plaintiff-side class action litigation experience, including wage and hour matters.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; strong academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery and motions.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses.
• Support class and collective action litigation strategy, including certification work.
• Participate in mediations, settlements, and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for hearing and trial with evidentiary submissions and follow-up tasks.
