Qualifications

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• An active member of the bar in the relevant state.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
• Draft and file litigation documents.
• Guide clients through the case process.
