Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor legal trends, legislation, caselaw, and government actions to uncover opportunities for high-value class actions and arbitrations in cryptocurrency, securities, investment loss, banking, consumer protection, data privacy, and employment misclassification.
  • Develop creative, actionable ideas for new class action and arbitration claims and litigation strategies, including pioneering employment misclassification cases, to advance plaintiffs’ interests.
  • Partner with the managing partner and marketing team to refine case ideas and execute strategic initiatives that align with our mission to represent plaintiffs.
  • Conduct in-depth research and prepare compelling reports to support case development.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of legal experience (litigation, regulatory, or research experience preferred).
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills with a knack for identifying emerging legal opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, securities, investment loss, banking, consumer protection, data privacy, or employment law is a plus.
  • J.D. and active bar membership in any U.S. state.
  • Passion for plaintiffs’ advocacy and a commitment to fighting for justice.
