Incendia Partners in Torrance, CA seeks a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 1–4 years plaintiff-side experience to manage a caseload of 15–20 high‑value files from intake to trial.

The role starts in-office with potential for hybrid work once up to speed; you will draft pleadings, handle discovery, depositions, and trial preparation while mentoring paralegals and collaborating with a small, skilled team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 15–20 high-quality, high-value personal injury litigation files
• Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents
• Handle discovery and motion practice
• Take and defend depositions
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
• Maintain consistent communication with clients
• Supervise and direct paralegals and legal support staff
• Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed
