This is a hybrid position, offering the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office while handling high-stakes employment litigation cases.

About the Role:

As an Employment Plaintiff Associate, you will advocate for employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. You will be responsible for managing cases from intake through trial, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
