Job Order: Plaintiff Class Action Employment Attorney

Position: Mid-Level or Senior Level Attorney – Plaintiff Class Action Employment Law/Mass Torts
Location:Fully Remote with CA license OR Hybrid/Remote in Emeryville, CA and Los Angeles, CA

Job Overview:

We are a national Plaintiff’s law firm specializing in civil and complex litigatioion. We are seeking experienced Plaintiff Class Action Employment Attorneys for our Bay Area and Los Angeles offices or fully remote with an active CA license in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys passionate about advocating for employees in high-impact litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and mass torts cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litigate employment law cases on behalf of individuals and class action plaintiffs, including wage & hour disputes, PAGA claims, and mass torts.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery to depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Direct trial experience a plus.
  • Draft and argue motions, including class certification motions, summary judgment motions, and appeals.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of federal and California employment laws.
  • Develop case strategies and provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients.
  • Work closely with partners and litigation teams to drive cases forward effectively.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations, arbitrations and advocacy efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment class action litigation, PAGA, wage & hour, and/or mass torts or related practices preferred.
  • Strong litigation skills, including experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
  • Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a complex caseload and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
  • ABA Accredited law school preferred.
