Job Summary: The Literacy Support Paraprofessional provides targeted, evidence-based reading interventions to students in grades K-3 to help them reach grade-level proficiency. This role involves implementing specific instructional strategies defined in students’ individualized reading plans and participating in ongoing training to ensure alignment with the Science of Reading. Additionally, this position will help with all individual reading plans at their school by supporting the teacher in keeping the plans up to date with current data, intervention adjustments, and helping maintain and ensure compliance.
