Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC seeks a Placer Operator in McKinney, TX to support road maintenance and construction projects. You will operate a Placer, assist with highway and heavy civil tasks, and help maintain safety and efficiency on site.

Requirements include 1–3 years Loader Operator experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in all weather. Background check and drug screen are required. We offer a 401(k), LTD, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs road maintenance or construction related duties while operating equipment.
• Operates a Placer at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures; assists in other duties around the jobsite as needed.
• Transports equipment and supplies to and from the job site.
• Maintains job site safety standards.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
