Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a hands-on Oracle PL/SQL engineer to join a Raleigh, NC team onsite. The role focuses on developing complex stored procedures, data modeling, and high-transaction workloads.

Ideal candidates will excel in advanced SQL analytics, performance tuning, and ETL/DevOps integration using Informatica PowerCenter, Autosys, and CI/CD pipelines. Relocation or local presence required.

Qualifications

• Core Oracle PL/SQL development including complex stored procedures, packages, and data modeling.
• Advanced SQL analytics: windowing, joins, aggregations, and subquery optimization.
• Database performance tuning: execution plans, PGA memory, partitioning strategies.
• ETL, batch processing, and DevOps integration with Informatica PowerCenter, Autosys, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job description

These candidates MUST be onsite in Raleigh, NC, every other week (no travel-will have to be local or relocate).

Need Recent financial client

Target is 7-11 years of hands on exp, not looking for 12+ year talent, no leads etc --

Must-Have Skills

• Core Oracle PL/SQL Engineering: Development of complex stored procedures, packages, database business logic, custom data types, and transactional data modeling.
• Advanced SQL Analytics & Data Manipulation: Analytical and windowing functions, complex joins, aggregation pipelines, set operators, and subquery optimization.
• Database Performance Tuning: Query optimization, reading execution plans, database diagnostics, PGA memory tuning, and partitioning strategies.
• ETL, Batch & DevOps Integration: Informatica PowerCenter mapping development, Autosys batch job scheduling/recovery, and database ATDD automation with CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise ORG background, working with high transactional data / alot of moving parts -- smaller companies may not have what Fidelity needs
