Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a senior data integration professional with 10+ years in Oracle PL/SQL and ETL to design and optimize data models for analytics. You will work with upstream SOR systems and downstream models to ensure accuracy and value across data warehousing needs.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, academic grounding in a quantitative field, and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced team environment. On-site work in Newark, DE is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, finance, etc.
• 10+ years experience in creation of Oracle PL SQL and ETL work.
• Experience with design of conceptual, logical and physical data models to support analytic data requirements.
• Comfortable working with upstream SOR systems and downstream data models.

10+ years experience in creation of Oracle PL SQL and ETL work. Be able to design the conceptual, logical and physical data models necessary to support the analytic data requirements for various department data warehousing needs. Should be comfortable working with upstream SOR systems and downstream systems data models.

• Very Strong PL/SQL skill
• Experience working with Database fine tuning skills
• Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value. Challenges data and information integrity.
• Data oriented with Strong data analysis experience studying large amount of data independently, understanding patterns and presenting findings
• Enhancing old processes and defining new ones
• Candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, finance, etc.
• Program in an agile, fast paced, accelerated development environment
• Solid Team player member on a development team, Problem solver, Technical intrigue
• Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from management

• Knowledge working with ETL Tools (i.e. DataStage, Informatica, Alteryx)
• Knowledge working with BI tools - Tableau/MicroStrategy
