Qualifications

• Experience working with clients in an insurance brokerage or carrier setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and retention by leading the PL Select office to meet client satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Own standardized workflows, KPIs with regional leadership, and continuously improve processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop talent with onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Balance leadership with client impact by managing a reduced book of business.
• Strengthen partnerships by collaborating with regional and national leaders and managing carrier/vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and leverage data to support service, compliance, and communication.
