Qualifications

• Bachelors and two years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience.
• Customer technical: 3 years (Preferred).
• Deep PKI knowledge and security concepts with PKI software admin on Windows/Linux.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with HSMs, TLS, and TLS troubleshooting.
• Citizenship and security clearance requirements (TS/SCI).

Responsibilities

• Support multiple PKI software projects and provide off-site customer support.
• Collaborate with local support, sales, R&D teams and HQ staff in Oak Park, IL.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software bottlenecks; configure networks as needed.
