Job summary

Citi is seeking a PKI Engineer - C# Expert to develop cryptography and PKI systems, and to automate certificate management across Citi infrastructure. The role emphasizes C#.NET and Python development, with strong emphasis on cryptographic standards and governance.

You will work with middleware integrations, hardware and software platforms, and contribute to enterprise security solutions while adhering to Citi policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Windows operating systems
• Understanding of Linux
• Understanding cryptographic protocols
• Proficient in C# development
• Proficient in Python
• Knowledge of crypto libraries such as Bouncy Castle
• Solid security engineering fundamentals and secure development practices
• Experience with symmetric and asymmetric encryption

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-level cryptographic and PKI solutions with focus on automation
• Integrate PKI and certificate management with Citi platforms
• Evaluate and certify PKI and crypto technologies to meet Citi requirements
• Provide 4th level support for product tools
• Produce documentation for tool usage and processes
• Follow the Technology Development Life Cycle for security tools
