Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Math, ELA, or PK-2.

Responsibilities

• Support mission and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Provide 15 hours weekly interventions to students.
• Lead biweekly data meetings with teachers.
• Run coaching cycles with teachers.
• Use HIP data to guide instruction.
• Co-plan / co-teach with teachers as needed.
• Model effective classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Follow up after coaching cycles to ensure learning transfer.
• Document coaching evidence bi-weekly to the principal.
• Support teachers in earning micro-credentials.
• Help design and deliver PD for teachers.
