DeSano Pizza follows the strict guidelines of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN), preserving the centuries‑old craft of authentic Neapolitan pizza. All pizzas are hand‑kneaded, baked in wood‑burning ovens, and served to order.

Responsibilities

• Learn the DeSano Pizzeria Napoletana menu.
• Cook pizza and other menu items to the high standards of the DeSano brand.
• Manage all aspects of the wood‑burning oven environment.
• Prep the ovens for business.
• Cook pizzas according to the DeSano standards.
• Manage the fire throughout the shift.
• Close the ovens at the end of the shift.
• Handle and dispose of coals properly.
• Manage wood resources.
• Ensure sanitary practices are followed throughout the operation.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform duties as assigned.

• Experience in the production of pizza, preferably Neapolitan.
• Experience working with a wood‑burning oven preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
