Job summary

Papa John’s International is hiring a Restaurant Team member to perform workstation duties, prepare ingredients, take orders, and deliver quality customer service in line with Papa John’s standards.

You will follow uniform and safety policies, work as part of a team, handle cash or card transactions, and support timely and accurate food delivery from kitchen to customer. This is a non-exempt, hourly position requiring flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Successful and stable employment history
• If cross-trained as delivery driver, must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Bilingual in certain markets
• Non-exempt, hourly position
• Provide additional state-required documentation
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work nights/weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients
• Take orders and provide quality customer service in person or by phone
• Process transactions using the FOCUS System and handle cash/credit card payments
• Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to customer’s vehicle
• Follow sanitation and food safety principles and ensure hot delivery outdoors
• Support teamwork and complete closing duties including cleaning
