Job summary

Papa John’s International, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to perform workstation duties, ensure quality products and friendly service. You will handle orders, cash transactions, and support team members with urgency while upholding Papa John’s standards.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, taking orders in person or by phone, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and assisting with closing duties as required. Team members must be 18+ and able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Bilingual in certain markets may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person.
• Work as a team and assist each other by being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties including cleaning.
• Accurately use the PROFIT System and process cash, check, and/or credit card transactions; support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average.
