Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Silver Spring, MD is hiring crew members to deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will prepare pizzas and menu items, handle orders, and assist with drive-thru or delivery coordination.

You will greet customers, upsell menu items, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining a clean work area and teamwork with staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with management and customers.

• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Measures ingredients required for specific items.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Help with bagging and tagging orders.
• Runs food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders promptly.
• Provides information regarding menu and specials to encourage upsell.
• Operates the POS system for order taking and transactions.
• Maintains clean, organized work stations and displays.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
