Job summary

Domino's is looking for delivery drivers in Silver Spring to bring hot pizzas and other items to customers. You will inspect your vehicle, manage orders, and communicate with the store and dispatcher to ensure timely deliveries. Qualifications

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old with two (2) years driving experience.
• Possess a valid state driving license.
• Have use of a properly maintained, licensed and street-legal vehicle capable of driving upwards of one hundred (100) miles per day.
• Ability to pass applicable Company Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Makes deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
• Inspects vehicle before deliveries.
• Reviews deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly.
• Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Takes initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
