Job summary

Papa John’s in Tallahassee is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to perform assigned workstation duties, ensure quality products, and deliver great service in line with brand standards. You’ll comply with uniform and operations guidelines, handle cash transactions, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly team environment while taking on varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

No prior experience required; willingness to learn, good communication, and a positive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do.
• Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash, and/or credit card transactions. Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order.
