Job summary

Duties include taking orders, handling cash or card payments, and upselling to grow the check average. You must meet uniform and appearance standards, and be able to work long hours including nights and weekends in a non-exempt, hourly role.

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation duties: make quality products, prep ingredients, take orders, and deliver friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Collaborate with teammates, arrive on time, assist others, and complete closing duties including cleaning; maintain uniform standards and positive energy.
• Operate the FOCUS system, handle cash/credit card transactions, and promote upselling to increase the check average while protecting assets and keeping areas safe and tidy.
