Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a team member to perform workstation duties, make quality products, prepare ingredients, take orders, and provide friendly, professional service to customers by phone or in person, all in line with Papa John’s standards.

You will work as part of a team, arrive on time for shifts, support other stations, and help with closing duties. You will use the FOCUS system for transactions, upsell to increase the check size, and keep work areas clean and safe at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to perform duties.
• Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Provide additional documentation as required by individual states.

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation duties: make quality products, prepare ingredients, take orders, and provide quality customer service.
• Work as a team, be on time, support other stations, and complete closing duties including cleaning.
• Accurately use the FOCUS system, process cash/credit, and protect assets with safe, clean work areas.
