Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks entry-level leaders for the Pizza department. You will collaborate in a dynamic retail setting, train teammates, and ensure customers get the freshest pizza and other restaurant-quality products.

Focus on quality standards, educate team members and customers, and proactively assist shoppers with locating items and meal ideas. Prior retail or leadership experience is welcome, and computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience or a college degree.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products (preferred).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters (preferred).

• Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals

Required Experience

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
