The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help manage inventory, control costs, and assist with promotions while upholding health and safety standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support sales initiatives and promotions to reach revenue goals.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory.
