Little Caesars is seeking a Store Manager to join the family and lead daily operations in a high-volume setting. You will oversee guest service, food prep and service, and drive team success while maintaining costs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-volume, quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Cheerful outlook and outstanding work ethic.
• Previous management experience.
• Willing to work 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Prep, cook, and serve food in a fast-paced setting.
• Work in a team-oriented environment and lead colleagues.
• Provide direction and regular feedback to staff to meet standards.
• Accurately manage cash flow and monitor shifts for accuracy.
• Control costs through proper use of paper, labor, food and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and procedures.
• Open and close the restaurant following established procedures.
• Notify appropriate parties promptly of any incidents.
