Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training Program to become a Store Manager.
• Assist in store operations in line with company policies and standards.
• Hire, train and schedule team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and policy compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with courtesy.
