Qualifications

• One year of management experience.
• At least 18 years old and pass background screening.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with using a POS, 10-key, Microsoft Office, and office machines/equipment.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, scheduling, appearance, and adherence to standards.
• Deliver great customer service and maintain store cleanliness and profitability.
• Handle customer orders in person or by phone, and ensure accurate monetary transactions.
