The role requires strong leadership, math and judgement skills, a clean driving record, and the willingness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of 3 to 30 people.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards.
