Job summary

Domino's is seeking a General Manager in Portland, OR to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, manage costs, and develop a high-performing team. This full-time role emphasizes strong leadership, financial control, and customer satisfaction as you guide the crew to deliver top-tier pizza delivery service.

You will be responsible for scheduling, inventory management, training, hiring, and achieving cost targets; a profit-sharing bonus rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• You will set the example, follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew; you will also manage schedules, ordering, training and hiring.
• A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on controlling costs within goals.
