Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the restaurant including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling and customer relations
• Create and manage staff schedules, order products, train team members and hire new employees
• Lead by example and uphold company policies 100% of the time
• Oversee profit and cost control to achieve goals and may receive a profit share bonus
