This full-time role requires weekend work and several closing shifts. The position offers growth paths into franchise ownership or corporate tracks, with performance-based bonuses tied to store results. Starting salary is $55,000 per year, with incentives based on profitability.

Qualifications

• Train and develop a team to execute store operations.
• Schedule employees, place store food orders, and manage inventory.
• Maintain exceptional product quality and respond promptly to customer concerns.
• Ensure store calls are answered after the first ring and follow Domino’s policies.
• Work non-negotiable weekends with a minimum of 5 closing nights per week (Fri–Sun).
