Qualificações

• Possess reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Be able to pass background investigation and motor vehicle report
• Pizza quick-service experience 1–2 years preferred
• Ability to train and engage Team Members
• Experience with inventory control, labor costs and computer knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Manage costs, build sales, increase customer base and store profitability
• Lead Team Members in operation excellence and brand standards
• Recruitment, new Team Member training and scheduling
• Provide ongoing training and development for Team Members and Management
• Uphold brand standards and company policies
• Serve as operations expert on Domino’s standards to maximize productivity
• Ensure high quality product and service for customers
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards
• Foster positive relationships with Team Members and customers
• Oversee store mentorship and operations across all positions
• Build relationships with customers and community
• Cash handling, reconciliation and reporting
• Inventory control and management
• Create and manage Team Member schedules
