Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager for our 55 E Green St Champaign, IL location. You will lead daily store operations, supervise a team, ensure smooth opening/closing, and handle cash while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role requires supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in food service.
• Strong customer service and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in math and problem solving.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand long periods.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma preferred; food safety certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
