Job summary

Domino's is hiring General Managers in Weiser, Idaho. This is a hands-on leadership role where you run the restaurant, control costs, manage inventory, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You must be at least 18 and, ideally, have restaurant management experience.

You’ll set schedules, handle ordering, train and hire teammates, and enforce policies. A profit-share bonus rewards strong cost control.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience*
• Ability to lead by example and follow all policies 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and ensure policy adherence by the crew.
• Schedule, order products, train team members and hire.
• Profit share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within goals.
