Job summary

Domino's in Virginia Beach is hiring Customer Service Representatives to take orders, guide customers through the menu, and support in-store duties. You’ll be the friendly voice customers meet, helping them complete orders and ensuring a positive experience.

Hours are Mostly evenings and weekends, part-time and flexible—great for students or a second job. Many CSRs advance to our Management Development Program. A 50% employee discount is available.

Qualifications

• 16 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clear, friendly communication.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer every call on the first ring and take orders accurately
• Help customers with questions and resolve concerns
• Pitch in on in-store work: food prep, cleaning, dishes and stocking
